So we welcome you to our page where we suggest a few cocktails for you to make yourself. You have no idea how many we had to drink to make our selection of recipes!

CAIPIRINHA

Ingredients

  • Cachaca
  • Lime
  • Brown sugar

Preparation

Cut the lime in half and then into twelve equal-sized cubes, place the cubes in the glass.

Add the sugar and use the pestle to exert light pressure on the flesh of the lime, it is useful to make rotating movements, to get the juice out, being careful not to compress the bitter peel too much. Add the crushed ice cubes and finally the cachaça.

As a garnish, add a slice of Lime (thinly sliced) by placing it on the rim of the glass.

Serve the drink with two short straws (alternatively with a teaspoon or a wooden mixer). The drink should not be shaken or stirred.

WRONG NEGRONI

Ingredients

  • Bitter Campari
  • Red vermouth
  • Sparkling Brut
  • Half an orange slice
  • Schweppes Soda or Tonic

Preparation

Prepare directly in a glass with a few ice cubes.

Pour, in order, the Vermouth (preferably sweet red), the Bitter Campari, the sparkling brut. 

Decorate with half an orange slice. You can add a splash of Tonic and/or Schweppes Soda.

MOSCOW MULE

Ingredients

  • Vodka
  • Lemon juice
  • Ginger Beer

Preparation

Fill the glass with ice

Add the vodka and beer to the ginger and squeeze in the lime juice

Finally, garnish with lime wedges.

MOJITO

Ingredients

  • Lemon Juice
  • Bacardi white rum
  • Schweppes Soda or Tonic
  • Mint
  • Sugar
  • Ice


Preparation

Prepare in a glass with some ice cubes. Pour in the soda water and the rum.

Add lemon juice, sugar and decorate with half a lemon slice and a mint leaf.

PIÑA COLADA

Ingredients

  • White Rum
  • Pineapple juice
  • Coconut syrup

Preparation

Prepare in a blender with ice. Serve in a goblet glass. Decorate with pineapple slice and red cherry.

CUBA LIBRE

Ingredients

  • Dark rum
  • Coke


Preparation

Mix gently.

Serve in a tall tumbler filled with ice and garnish with a lime wedge

Some possible variants:

Cuba libre pounded, with the addition of half a lime cut into four parts and a tablespoon of brown sugar

Cuban Cuba libre, with 3/4 ounce of amber rum and the addition of sweet'n'sour.

Lemon Cuba libre, with 30 ml rum, 20 ml lemon juice and 150 ml Cola.

GIN LEMON

Ingredients

  • Gin
  • Lemon soda
  • Ice
  • Lemon


Preparation

Pour gin and Lemon (Schweppes Lemon or otherwise Lemonsoda) into a medium tumbler glass with 3 or 4 ice cubes.

Decorate with half a lemon slice.

AMERICAN

Ingredients

  • Bitter Campari
  • Red vermouth
  • Schweppes Soda
  • Orange slice

Preparation

Prepare directly in a glass with 2 or 3 ice cubes. Pour in the Martini Rosso, Bitter Campari and Soda Water.

Decorate with a lemon peel and half an orange slice.

GARIBALDI or CAMPARI ORANGE

Ingredients

  • Bitter Campari
  • Orange juice
  • Schweppes Soda
  • Orange slice


Preparation

Prepare directly in a glass (highball/medium tumbler type) filled to the brim with ice.

Pour in the Bitter Campari and orange juice.

Decorate with half an orange slice.

APEROL SPRITZ

Ingredients

  • Prosecco
  • Aperol
  • Tonic or sparkling water

Preparation

The spritz is prepared by pouring into an old-fashioned glass containing ice, in order:

aperol, prosecco and finally soda, then garnishing with half an orange slice.

NON-ALCOHOLIC COCKTAIL
