Our pool-view room with private terrace is located on the first floor of the Antica Villa Colonica and, together with its twin, shows a strong impression from the outset.

The balcony

A special view of the surroundings will seem even more magical when you look out from the entrance balcony; a higher angle will allow you to observe the pool from a viewpoint you never imagined.

A mix of spectacular colours that are also found inside the rooms, all to maintain that continuity with the surrounding nature.

The bathroom

If by chance you wanted to experience the feeling of being underwater without having to leave your room, here you are.

The vivid and overwhelming colour of the 106's bathroom is reminiscent of the swimming pool and our clear Sardinian sea, while that of the 107 is reminiscent of the warm summer beach.

The terrace

A peculiarity that only you living in the room can enjoy.

The indoor terrace is a gem in which one can relax in complete tranquillity, away from the rest of the world at its highest point.

All around the oasis of pine trees will delight you with its unmistakable scent.

All have breakfast included and are equipped with a king-size bed (190×200), private bathroom, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, a mini bar, adaptable power sockets, hairdryer, and an eco-friendly personal hygiene kit made from natural products.

Our guests also have free use of the entire green area of the facility, a large parking area, the swimming pool and our sunbathing and relaxation area, and a Wi-Fi zone.

In addition to our free services, when you book from the site you will find other services such as the use of the barbecue, the beach set for two and our brand new electric or mountain bikes.
